Harvest from our garden

I liked this picture…it made me happy to think that all these were from our garden!  3 of the butternut squashes became butternut squash soup.  Yum!

I also had some pumpkin left in my mother-in-law’s deep freezer from 2 years ago.  So, I made Pumpkin Spice Bread with it!  The bread turned out so light and fluffy…perfect for soaking up egg for French toast.  I love fall.
